Start a Return


US Customers:

To start a domestic return click HERE

Kindly note, you will receive the cost of the garment, minus $10 of delivery back. 

Please note that if you do not use our return label, Dress the Population is not responsible for packages that are stolen, lost, or damaged during transit.

 

International Customers:

To start an international return click HERE

Note, the Order ID must have a # ahead of the 5-digit Order ID to look up your item. Your email must match the original email address used to place your order.

All return postage and fees, including any duty and taxes (if applicable), are the responsibility of the customer. Please note, you will receive the cost of the garment, minus the cost of delivery back.

We do not accept international exchanges at this time, however, we recommend placing your new order now to reserve the item of your choice and send your current item back in the meantime.

Return Policy

Dress the Population gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, or defective merchandise for a full refund, excluding the $10 shipping fee, or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided that all original tags are attached.

Holiday Extended Return Window: Purchases made between 11/25/2024 - 1/1/2025 may be returned or exchanged within 60 days of the original purchase date, given that all items are unworn with tags attached.  


Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed at our factory and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
